How to request deletion: 1) Email [email protected]. 2) Send it from the same email address the account was registered with. 3) Use the subject line "Account deletion".
We complete the request within 30 days and confirm to the same address.
Deleted: first and last name, email, phone, delivery address, password, company name and tax ID, favourites, comparison list, basket.
Kept: completed order records for 3 years, as required by Georgian tax and accounting law. Deleted once that period ends.
